Lesson: Ball Striking and Finishing (U11-U12)

This training session by Seattle United's Jimmy McAlister and Alex Chursky, covers the areas of Ball Striking and Finishing, and is intended for 12 players, ages 11 and 12. The objective of this session is to reinforce the proper techniques used when striking the ball. Coaching points should focus on the choice of technique used in different situations.
