Join The Fun In The First-Ever
Golazo™ 3v3 Street Soccer Cup!

Many of the world’s greatest players learned the game playing street soccer — no fancy cleats, no perfectly-lined fields, just a ball, a few teammates and your own skills and ingenuity.

To help celebrate street soccer, Washington Youth Soccer and Golazo™, the official drink sponsor, are proud to announce the first Golazo™ 3v3 Street Soccer Cup, a 3v3 tournament Sept. 7 in the shadow of CenturyLink Field that will see one team walk away with tickets to that night’s Sounders FC game vs. the Chicago Fire!

Traditionally played in a small-sided format in a space no larger than a tennis court, street soccer puts an emphasis on conditioning, footwork and communication in a fun, fast-paced and exciting game. True to the sport’s roots, the Golazo™ 3v3 Street Soccer Cup will be played on the pavement and bricks of Occidental Park in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, just down the street from CenturyLink Field!

Each team will be guaranteed three games, and prizes will be awarded to all participants. The tournament is open to all Washington Youth Soccer-registered boys and girls aged U14, U16 and U18 (players cards will be required). Entry fee is $150 before Aug. 23, and $225 between Aug. 24-Sept. 5. No registrations will be accepted past Sept. 5.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s Soccer For Success program, an innovative youth development program that uses soccer as a tool to combat childhood obesity and promote healthy lifestyles for children in low-income, urban communities. Soccer For Success is currently working in 15 elementary schools across South King County.
